If you have prediabetes, you can lower your blood sugar and prevent diabetes through diet and exercise.  A no cost virtual year-long group program led by Health Coach Mary Ellen Zung, is starting on September 23.  We meet once a week (virtually on Zoom) on Thursdays from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.  After 19 weeks, we meet once a month for the next 6 months for continued accountability.  Registration is open on the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA website
