* 1/2 Lb frozen or fresh Blueberries (I use organic)

* 1/2 Lb frozen or fresh Raspberries (I use organic)

* 2 TBSP. Coconut Oil (I use organic)

* 2 TBSP. Maple Syrup

* 1 tsp. Cinnamon

* 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger

* 1/2 tsp.  Nutmeg

* 1 Cup Oats (I used organic, regular cooking)

* Juice of one Lemon

* Juice of one Orange

 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Prepare an 8-inch square pan greased with oil and lined with parchment paper (or parchment paper); set aside.
  3. Combine juice and berries. Stir to combine.
  4. Combine all of the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  5. Place over the blueberries
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes or until berries pop open
  7. Serve with a scoop of “Nice” cream or a handful of pecans.
