Empowering Tools for a Better 2022

Stress, anxiety and overwhelm are consuming so many today. The toll it takes extends well beyond the obvious. Those emotions can lead to leaky gut and food sensitivities that affect every aspect of your life from what you weigh to how you age, focus, concentrate, remember and sleep at night.

It’s important to know how to deal with both stress and diet.

Kathy will teach you simple, practical Heart Math tools and techniques for navigating stressful times, and how to identify which “healthy” foods could be causing you harm.

Kathy D’Agati is a Certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach specializing in Functional Medicine. Her practice focuses on autoimmune disease, chronic health conditions, and the powerful, healing effects of food on the brain. She is also certified in Heart Math.

She founded her company, Back to Basic Wellness in 2007. She is also a practitioner at the Vibrance for Life Wellness Institute, working with Dr. Lorraine Maita, a doctor of functional medicine. Kathy sits on the board at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She is also a 2015 graduate of Leadership Morris and currently serves on the Leadership Morris Alumni Council.
