Whatever you call it- your buttocks, backside, or behind, there are so many names.  I’m pretty sure everyone wants to have a nice-looking booty.  And you are probably no exception.

In a moment, I’ll show you a quick exercise to help you improve the look of your glutes.

But there are other reasons to have strong glute muscles besides adding to your physique.

Here are 3:

-Stability: The muscles in your booty help you remain stable when you walk and assist in propelling you forward.

-Reduced back pain: Strong glutes stabilize your pelvis and supports your lower back. This allows you to lift or carry weight more evenly, reducing back strain.

-Reduced knee pain: The lower parts of your body all work together.  A weak backside can cause imbalances in the hips or ankles, which in turn affects your knees.

The next time you are experiencing some lower body strain, it could be time to add some booty-strengthening exercises to your routine.

Take a look at this “no equipment needed” exercise you can do in just a few minutes.
